At Good Guys Contracting, turning a house into a cherished home is our specialty, but that’s not limited to single-family homes. We have also done many projects involving multifamily construction, whether it’s condos, co-ops, or two-family homes.
Because we have Elite Preferred Installer status with a number of leading manufacturers known for their outstanding quality – like James Hardie®, Marvin Windows®, and Andersen Windows & Doors® – we can create the exact sort of attractive and low maintenance exteriors that can be particularly important for multifamily developments.
After all, you want a place that looks welcoming and has great curb appeal without having to spend a ton of time and money on maintenance.
Our partnership with James Hardie Siding & Shingles® is especially beneficial for multifamily developments. James Hardie® siding and shingles are made of fiber cement which improves the insulation value of a building, so it stays warmer in winter and cooler in summer while lowering energy costs. James Hardie® siding and shingles are also weather, wind, and pest resistant. It even provides fire resistance while continuing to look good longer than wood shingles or vinyl siding without the maintenance.
Take a look at our projects below and you’ll see what we mean.
Timelines depend entirely upon the scope of a project. A large condo or co-op development will probably take longer than a two-family home. The scope of the project also depends upon how much work is being done – full new construction, exterior remodeling, etc.
That said, certain factors will help timeline planning for completing a multifamily housing project such as:
Ask us about our multifamily construction services, and we’d be happy to walk you through the process.
